We are thrilled to announce that the Appalachian Children Coalition is launching its inaugural Youth Behavioral Health Careers Institute this summer.

This day-long event is designed to provide you with a comprehensive overview of the diverse career paths available within the mental and behavioral health domain. Through engaging activities and interactive sessions, you will have the opportunity to:

  1. Discover various professions in the mental and behavioral health field, including their roles and responsibilities.

  2. Connect with like-minded peers from the Appalachian Ohio region who share your enthusiasm for this field, fostering valuable networking opportunities.

  3. Participate in team-building exercises, educational workshops, mental health and wellness activities, and career exploration sessions, ensuring a well-rounded and immersive experience.

By attending the Youth Behavioral Health Careers Institute, you will gain valuable insights into these rewarding fields, develop essential skills, and explore potential career paths that align with your interests and passions.
